The relationship between Obesity, Soda addiction and Sexual enjoyment. SXT 109 (Part 2; The sweet truth)


Let us move on to what we all love,sodas.Now incase you are wondering what Soda has to do with sex, I am just about to tell you.
Researchers at Harvard's School of Public Health tracked more than 91,000 women and found those who drank about a soda a day gained weight over years and increased their risk of developing type 2 diabetes by 83 percent by making them insulin resistant.

Simple reasons why you should quit soda drinks.
1. Soda Makes You Fat (Even Diet Soda) High in calories, soda has no nutritional value. They contribute to obesity and diabetes. They have also been linked to depleting the body of vitamin A, calcium and magnesium--all nutrients needed for healthy weight loss.  soda also has a profound effect on
the taste buds. Some research suggests that soda, even diet soda, can actually make you feel hungrier given the artificial sweeteners that signal the brain to crave extra food. This can make losing weight a lot more difficult.
2. Stains and corrodes your teeth and weakens your bones. Sodas stain your teethand  they have been shown to destroy 10 times more teeth material than fruit juices in just the first three minutes of drinking in a test.
3. Limited hydration Caffeine in soda is a diuretic which speeds up the rate of urine production .While you can get your thirst quenched when drinking caffeinated drinks, you do not get as hydrated as compared to if you just drink ordinary water.
4. Artificial stimulant Caffeine is a psychoactive stimulant drug.By increasing the levels of adrenaline (a stress hormone) in your body, you end off setting off feelings of anxiety and tension in your body.
5. Causes insomnia and sleeping disorders The caffeine prevents drowsiness by (i) blocking the effects of hormones serotonin and melatonin and (ii) blocking adenosine receptors (sleep-inducers). Apart from causing insomnia, it also prevents you from getting the full benefits of sleep.

 Want to Lose Weight Fast?
1. Cut Out Soda from Your Diet One of the major causes of obesity is soda. If you want to lose weight, giving up your soda consumption is probably one of the best beginning moves and within weeks you will see a difference.
2. Music therapy I bet you didn't know that music therapy is a great way to loose weight. Get nice music on your phone, use ear phones and dance off the excess weight 30 minutes daily. I recommend you start with Tiwa Savage's love me love me, and finish off with Teeto Ceemos.
3. Reduce your meal size by half and have dinner before 7pm. This is my own routine and it works.

 If you are OBESE and take SODA, you are at risk of having problems with SEXUAL ENJOYMENT. Realising there is a problem is difficult, taking steps to bring about change is simple but continuity may be hard .
I tell people the first few days of a weight loss programme might be difficult but once you are determined, you should achieve between 3kg to 7kg a month. If you add music therapy, your tommy would go down significantly in about 10days and you should go down one dress size in 2weeks!. Music therapy improves your flexibility and generally improves mood and self esteem. You do not have to go from an 18 to a size 12, going down one dress size is enough to boost your confidence. Start slow, go slow.
