Here are few sex therapy tips for couples with difficulties due to the large penile size;
1. Avoid doggy and other positions that thrust from behind.
2. Encourage positions that allow the woman control penetration depth control like missionary and others that allow her to be on top, also try positions that allow her close her legs.
3. Ensure the woman is relaxed and aroused (wet) or ensure adequate lubrication. Most women can only accommodate a large penis if they are very aroused, an aroused woman is very wet and when a woman is very aroused, her uterus tilts back and her vagina effectively elongates underneath her cervix.
4. Be willing to stop once the woman begins to have pain because if you don't, she would be left with physical and emotional trauma, and trust would be lost in the relationship.
