Vagina dryness SXT 134

You cannot deny that you have never had vaginal dryness. Not you dude,I am referring to the ladies today.

Imagine that your bobo is about enter konga.com and the friction is terrible. It feels like your car's engine oil is low and the pain can be crazy like your engine is about to knock! Some ladies don't even feel pain but the discomfort can be a serious turnoff and that is the end of the story
.

The vagina is dry when lubrication isn't enough by the glands responsible for lubricating the vagina before and during sex. These glands are stimulated by oestrogen, so if you aren't approaching menopause then your vagina juices should be flowing adequately. Basically, anything that causes a drop in oestrogen levels would cause dryness. For example Child birth, menopause, breast feeding, surgery involving your ovaries, smoking of cigarettes, some autoimmune medical conditions, breast cancer treatment. Vaginal dryness can also be caused by use of scented soaps and sprays in that area, excessive washing of the area and vaginal douching, excessive intake of drinks like alcohol and caffeine (these cause dehydration), purely vegetarian diets lacking healthy fats (like soy) can also reduce lubrication, excessive stress and some medications can all reduce vagina lubrication.

Vaginal dryness can manifest as itching or biting sensations around the vagina, soreness, pain during sex, slight bleeding during sex, excessive urination, urgency or even recurrent urinary tract infections.

Vaginal dryness can be improved by strengthening vaginal muscles with pelvic floor exercises (kegels *refer to older posts), lubrication during sex, eating healthy fats like soy, increasing intake of vitamins and zinc, relaxation techniques and general body exercises.

Vaginal dryness is not an excuse to stop having great sex; ensure proper lubrication, adequate treatment of infections always and keep reading Doc Laitan *wink.

Cheers.
