Low sex drive. How to increase your libido SXT 124


Ever wondered why your friend likes sex so much and why to you sex is a chore? Sex makes a relationship thick. I particularly feel that sex makes communication simple, and communication in any relationship is key.Your sex drive makes you yearn for sex, your sex drive gives you urges, sex drive makes your spouse crazy about you

Stress of any kind can cause decrease in levels of testosterone which in turn reduces libido in both sexes. Some people simply recognize this problem and bounce back quickly. Others might not even recognize their  reduced libido is an issue until they read about it on Doc Laitan's blog.

The following are proven ways of getting your groove back on and taking charge in your relationship


1.  Self and body esteem
Love your body, be confident about it and change what you don't like. If your spouse complains about your big belly, trim it down. I keep telling people that burning abdominal fat isn't as hard as it seems. I have talked about a simple and effective dance routine in SXT 103 .


2.Work out
Exercise increases your energy levels and reduces stress, thus increasing your testosterone. Even your spouse finds you more attractive when you work out. Exercise gives you more stamina in bed, makes you happier and healthier.


3. Dress well
Being trendy and a sex icon  is the best thing you can do to your self. Dressing well makes you more confident and makes your spouse more and more horny each time he/she sets eyes on you! Need I say the bad bad things that would follow?

4. Get all the help you can find
Many bad things are happening with nanny/kids and relatives/kids but we cannot protect them enough really. There is only one person who truly watches over them, and He is the real Oga at the top. So get all the help you can find and take the stress of the home away and have more time for luluxing.

5. Try something new with sex
Have sex out of bed..need I elaborate..again?

6.  Nutritional supplements
Ginkobiloba, vitamin E[3], zinc, vitamin C, arginine, vitamin A, vitamin C, octacosanol, Beta-carotene, vitamin B6, and vitamin B complex. All these are supplements that have been found to increase sex drive.

7. No wall pictures

Imagine this scenario...you aren't so good-looking but you are trendy, your self esteem is low but you have great friends. You look in the mirror every morning and tell your self you are the finest person in the world. Gradually you start believing it and you get so happy and radiant that every one can see the glow in your eyes, and in turn you actually start looking better and better than you used to.
It's exactly the same for sex, don't say no to sex everytime. Say yes till you really mean it and before you know it you will crave for it.
